Who we are

This privacy policy applies to Rizone Describe, an AI product description generator operated by Rizone Ltd. Other Rizone products have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, used to sign you in via a magic link and to identify your subscription.
• Usage data: the product names, features, photos, and generated listings you submit, stored so you can view history in the app.
• Payment data: if you buy a plan, the checkout provider (WarriorPlus, LemonSqueezy, Stripe, PayPal, or another processor we enable) collects payment details directly. We never see or store your card number. We only receive your email and which plan you purchased, so we can activate your account.

Payment processors

Purchases are processed by the checkout provider shown at purchase — currently WarriorPlus (warriorplus.com) and/or LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com), and later Stripe or PayPal if those options are enabled on the product page. These companies act as merchant of record or payment processor. WarriorPlus's role is limited to processing the transaction; it is not an endorsement, approval, or review of this product.

How we use your data

We use your email to send sign-in links and account-related notices, and to match a purchase to your account. We use generated content to provide history and to operate the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product data to train AI models.

Third-party AI providers

To generate listings, your submitted product details (and photos, if you use image generate) are sent to one or more third-party AI providers (such as Groq and Google Gemini). We do not control their retention policies. We do not knowingly send personal customer data beyond the product text and images you enter.

Data retention & deletion

Your account and generation history are kept while the account is active. You can delete individual generations from History in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@rizone.uk.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancel from the receipt email from the processor you paid with to stop future billing. Refund requests go to support@rizone.uk, in line with the processor's terms.
